Shine on, shine on…

Like the song said, a harvest moon shone as it rose above the roof of the Rains County Courthouse on Thursday evening, October 1. This year there will be a second full moon, or a blue hunter’s moon as it is called, which will occur Saturday, October 31. That’s right, Halloween will have a full moon this year ... fitting!
