County judge files for face covering exemption

Rains County Judge Wayne Wolfe submitted paperwork to the Texas Department of Emergency Management (TDEM) on Monday, July 6, to exempt the county from the face covering/mask requirement issued by Texas Governor Gregg Abbott.
