Trustees hear plan to generate $2.3 million with ratification election

The Board of Trustees of Rains ISD heard a presentation on generating an additional $2.3 million for the district, purchased new laptops and an RLA curriculum, and reduced the transfer fee for students during a three-hour, regular meeting on June 8.
