ESD board approves proposed budget, tax rate in regular monthly meeting

The Rains County Emergency Services District No. 1 board unanimously approved a proposed budget and tax rate for the 2026-27 fiscal year and set public hearing dates on the matter for September 14 and September 21 during its regular meeting Monday night.
