Disaster declaration extended; funds transferred

The Rains County Commissioners Court extended the disaster declaration, permitted the sale of fireworks for Memorial Day, transferred funds for road repairs and took an initial look at the 2020-2021 budget during the regular meeting on Thursday, May 14.
