Dicksie Juanita Henson Hodges, 100, died on November 29, 2025. She was born on January 15, 1925, and she had a very long, rich and full life walking in the path of Jesus Christ.
Family and friends find joy in the knowledge that Jesus will now walk hand in hand with her to her reward in heaven. She will join her husband, S.T. Hodges and will be buried at Lake Fork Cemetery in Emory, with a graveside service for family and friends.
She is survived by her four children, Carol Cole of Shreveport, Louisiana, Stacy Hodges of Emory, Kathy Dunn and husband, Ron of Gary, and Christy Chandler and husband Glen of Green Valley Ariz.; thirteen grandchildren; thirty great-grandchildren and ten great-great grandchildren.
