Commissioners approve contract to clean up county evidence room

The Rains County Commissioners Court held a regular meeting on Thursday, August 14. On the agenda the court hired a consultant to organize and inventory the evidence room of the Rains County Sheriff’s office, approved the use of the courthouse square for the car show and accepted a proposal for environmental survey of two county buildings.
